All gelato and sorbetto is sold "READY TO SCOOP" in convenient 5 liter pans for display in gelato cases or for restaurant dessert use. Also add prepackaged "PINTS TO GO" to your exsisting display freezer unit or purchase a "Pint to Go" Countertop Display from Stefano's.

Presentation Techniques
The presentation of gelato is very unique. Unlike ice cream, which is kept in round tubs deep in a freezer cabinet, gelato is displayed in a gelato case and is stored in stainless steel pans. Customers viewing a gelato display case usually respond with a "wow".

Keeping the gelato pans "FULL AND FRESH" is an important part of the presentation. Gelato is scooped with an gelato spade and is scooped from the back of the pan to the front. It is our experience that if a customer views a gelato display that is NEAT, CLEAN LOOKING, and FULL OF PRODUCT, this will result in HIGHER SALES. You have to give the customer the"WOW" effect!
