Stefano's Gourmet Desserts offers only “artisan” style (from scratch), gelato and sorbetto. All gelato and sorbetto is sold ready made in convenient 5 liter pans for display in gelato cases or for restaurant use. Other size containers are available, please call our office for a listing of prices.

Stefano's gelatos & sorbettos are available at many fine restaurants, hotels, ice cream shops and other retail locations throughout central and south Florida. Why not add gelato & sorbetto to your existing menu and experience a taste of Italy!

We like to concentrate our efforts on selling gelato and sorbetto, but realize you may be in need of gelato cases or entire gelato concepts to display your products. We have been working with several companies that can supply all your equipment needs. We will be happy to refer you to them to get you up and running!

Presentation Techniques
The presentation of gelato is very unique. Unlike ice cream, which is kept in round tubs deep in a freezer cabinet, gelato is displayed in a gelato case and is stored in stainless steel pans. Customers viewing a gelato display case usually respond with a "wow".

Keeping the gelato pans full is an important part of the presentation and sale. Gelato is scooped with an gelato spade and is scooped from the back of the pan to the front. These are important points to remember when maintaining your gelato display case. It is our experience that if a customer views a gelato display that is not kept neat and full of product, this will result in lower sales - there is no "wow" effect.
